Cozy and Inviting

Outdoor Oasis
Enjoy nature from the private deck, which has an outdoor table, chairs, an umbrella, and a BBQ. Our outdoor area is your private sanctuary, where you can enjoy the beauty of nature and the comforts of home.
Fully Loaded Kitchen
In the well-stocked kitchen, you’ll find a coffee maker (Keurig single or full pot), oil and vinegar, cooking utensils, a toaster, a knife set, a blender, and cutting boards. There’s also a small bar area behind the kitchen, plus a full laundry room and half-bath.
Dine-in Ready
The large, solid mango wood dining table seats seven and is where you and your fellow guests will enjoy feasts to remember. There’s also outdoor seating.
Living Room
The living room at Incline85 Lake Tahoe features a cozy real-wood fireplace and comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing after a day of outdoor adventures. The flat-screen TV offers a variety of entertainment options and is surrounded by modern décor that creates a warm, inviting ambiance.

Where You'll Sleep
Primary Suite
This main bedroom is super cozy. It has an ultra-plush queen bed and an en-suite bathroom, a large closet, luggage racks, and a slider out to a private bottom deck.
Bedroom 2
This large room also has a plush queen bed and a large closet.
Bedroom 3
The Bunk Room. This little room packs a punch with a solid-wood, three-bed bunk. This room also has quite a large closet for any storage needs.
Get to Know Incline Village & Lake Tahoe
Incline Village is a down-to-earth, private community perched on Lake Tahoe’s north shore. This lakeside destination has a local feel that you really can't get from other places around Lake Tahoe.
Nestled amongst the pines at 6,000 feet elevation, it offers incredible mountain and lake views. The weather is favorable year-round, with plenty of sunshine and cool, pleasant evenings to balance out those hot summer days.
Lakefront Lounging
As a guest in the Village, you'll have access to Incline's private beaches, which are very well taken care of, and local amenities, including a modern gym, an Olympic swimming pool, and tennis and basketball courts. Burnt Cedar Beach has plenty of kid-friendly areas to swim and play, and Incline Beach even has live music during happy hours. You can't beat it!
World-Class Dining
If hunger strikes, you can check out the variety of delicious options in the area. There really is almost every type of modern cuisine on offer, from classics like burgers, pizza, and hearty gourmet sandwiches, to more worldly fare like sushi, tapas, or Thai food.
Fine diners will want to visit local treasures like Bite, Le Bistro, and Lone Eagle Grill, while those looking for more casual eats have plenty of tasty restaurants to choose from.
Guests looking to cook at home or stock up on supplies for their stay can take advantage of Raley's supermarket nearby. They offer a full wine and liquor section, a great deli, a variety of fruits and vegetables, and other essentials like coffee and sunscreen!
Outdoor Activities
There are endless year-round outdoor recreation opportunities in and around the Village for boating, fishing, paddleboarding, hiking, and mountain biking. There is an absolutely gorgeous pedestrian trail along the lake for riding bikes, walking, or jogging, and you’ll find countless hiking trails nearby.
Shakespeare Festival
Summertime guests should also not miss the Lake Tahoe Shakespeare Festival, which presents some of the Bard's best works in one of the most picturesque settings around. The festival also has plenty of food and drink to round out the experience.
Winter Sports
Winter guests will appreciate how close we are to Lake Tahoe's world-class ski resorts, including family-friendly Diamond Peak resort, Mt. Rose, Northstar, Heavenly Valley, and Squaw Valley.

Getting Around
Incline Village is about a 3.5-hour drive from the San Francisco area, 2 hours from Sacramento, and 35 minutes from Reno.
Guests from farther away can fly to Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO) and rent a car or take the North Lake Tahoe Express bus from the airport to Lakeshore Dr at Country Club Dr, which operates three times daily.
If a train is more your style, Amtrak operates a train from Sacramento to Truckee Amtrak Station once per day.
